BlackDiamondCLS is not responsible for delays or failure to provide service due to weather, traffic, road conditions, airport delays, accidents, acts of God, government actions, mechanical issues beyond reasonable control, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Hourly service is billed from the client’s scheduled reservation start time until the conclusion of the service.
BlackDiamondCLS grants a reasonable window of time for customers to meet their chauffeur at the requested pickup time and location before waiting time charges apply outlined below.
BlackDiamondCLS monitors all commercial airline and private plane arrivals to assist with timely airport pickups. Flight details must be accurately provided by the client and promptly updated in the event of changes.
Waiting time charges thereafter apply at $120 per hour billed at $2 per minute.
Flight delays exceeding sixty (60) minutes beyond the scheduled arrival time are subject to chauffeur availability.
BlackDiamondCLS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel service where the revised arrival time conflicts with existing reservations.
A fifteen (15) minute grace period applies to all non-airport pickups.
Waiting time charges thereafter apply at $120 per hour billed at $2 per minute.
Reflects transportation charges prior to gratuity, ADM fees, airport fees, fuel surcharge, tolls, parking, and applicable taxes.
An industry-standard gratuity of twenty percent (20%) is suggested and fully paid to the chauffeur.
A nominal charge imposed to cover operational costs including airport access fees, regulatory costs, licensing, and administrative expenses.
Airport fees are controlled by airport or governmental authorities and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable local, state, federal, transportation, airport, and port authority taxes will be charged as incurred and are subject to change without notice.
Charges for tolls and parking incurred during service will be billed as incurred.
Fuel surcharges may be adjusted periodically based on regional fuel costs and market conditions.
In-route stops are subject to a $10 additional charge.
Out-of-route stops or multiple destination requests will be quoted separately.
An additional ten percent (10%) surcharge applies to reservations scheduled between 9:00 PM and 5:30 AM.
Inside-terminal airport meet-and-greet service is available for an additional charge of $20.
Child forward facing safety seats and booster seats may be provided upon request for an additional charge of $10 per seat.
BlackDiamondCLS assumes no liability for injury or death resulting from the use of child safety seats.

Special events, weddings, concerts, holiday periods, group transportation, and long-distance reservations may require:

While BlackDiamondCLS strives to provide the requested Cadillac Escalade ESV and preferred chauffeur whenever possible, substitutions may occur due to scheduling conflicts, maintenance, illness, weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or operational requirements.
A comparable vehicle and professional chauffeur will be provided when available.
Such substitutions do not constitute a breach of service.
All charges are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Payment is collected through Stripe via BookRidesOnline.com unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Final charges may be adjusted to reflect actual trip usage and are generally finalized within 48–72 business hours following service completion.
Temporary authorization holds or duplicate pending charges may appear due to banking procedures.

Reservations and online bookings are processed through third-party software provided by BookRidesOnline.com. Personal information submitted during the booking process — including name, address, telephone number, email address, trip details, and payment information — may be collected, processed, transmitted, and stored by BookRidesOnline and its affiliated service providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service.
Payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe via the BookRidesOnline platform. BlackDiamondCLS does not directly store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment credentials on its own servers or systems.
By using BlackDiamondCLS services, clients acknowledge and agree that certain personal and payment information may be processed by third-party providers, including BookRidesOnline and Stripe, solely for purposes including reservation management, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
BlackDiamondCLS is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, data security policies, or actions of third-party platforms or payment processors. Clients are encouraged to review the privacy policies of both BookRidesOnline and Stripe prior to submitting personal or payment information.
All content, branding, trademarks, logos, images, text, graphics, and materials associated with BlackDiamondCLS are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Services, vehicles, websites, and related information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackDiamondCLS disclaims all warranties and limits liability accordingly.
